Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship to Our Atelier
Affix the prepaid DHL shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Quality Review & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
